Project Manager – Consultant CRM

Your main tasks:

  • coordination of projects in the areas of CRM and relationship marketing
  • target group analysis, consumer base segmentation
  • coordinating the work of external and internal creative suppliers and performance marketing agencies
  • ongoing reporting of the results of completed communications
  • Ongoing contact with the customer in terms of operational activities, getting to know the brand and product range

Expectations:

  • ability to analyze numerical data
  • good organization of work, diligence, independence and commitment
  • easiness to learn new software
  • English language knowledge, allowing for free communication ( spoken and written)
  • at least one year of experience working on projects in a company/companies such as: interactive agency, CRM agency, SMS/E-mail/PUSH service provider
