After work

Loyalty Point is not only a close-knit team at work. We try to live an active life every day, so our great passion is sport. The love for mountain bikes, MTB marathons and competition resulted in the formation of Loyalty Point Racing Team. The main motivator for this undertaking was the desire to develop our sports ambitions together. As a formalised group, we have common goals and priorities and visual identity – we just ride in the same team at work and outside work.

We are a group of more than 50 riders, consisting of employees, customers and people who simply share our passions. Initially it was cycling and running, and now some of us also take an active part in sailing races. We are successful in the field of amateur sport in Poland, including MTB competitions, road cycling, marathons, ultramarathons, city runs, mountain running and triathlon competitions. Decathlon has officially taken patronage of our project.

The combination of our marketing knowledge with our love for sport has initiated a long-standing cooperation to support Cezary Zamana and his team in marketing activities related to sports events organised by ZAMANA GROUP. We understand how important support and motivation is in sport, especially for people starting their career, so we also appreciate young, sporting talents. For many years we have been supporting Emil Dobrowolski, the winner of the PKO Poznań Marathon 2015, and now we are working with Maks Glapiński, the rising star of Polish triathlon, who, despite being under 20 years old, won, among others, Garmin Iron Triathlon in Płock at a distance of 1/8 IM in 2019.
